Taegeukdang

태극당

Since 1946Local classicTourist favoriteGreat for solo diners ⓘ

Korea time, from recent reviews. Hours may differ on holidays.

Often called Seoul's oldest bakery, open since 1946 and little changed inside: marble floors, chandeliers and old-fashioned Korean breads. Come for the monaka, milk ice cream sandwiched in a crisp wafer shell, and the retro sarada-ppang (salad bread).
